.....Apart from being an inspiring author and speaker, Theresa is CEO and founder of Kingdom Ambassador Outreach Ministries/Women of Essence, a training and personal enhancement company. She specializes in the areas of empowering individuals to fulfill God’s original plan and purpose for their lives. Theresa focuses on personal growth through gaining confidence in one’s own abilities and learning how to view you through the word of God. Her motto is “I can do all things through God that gives me strength.”

Theresa has surmounted life-threatening illness, as well as many domestic struggles that have become all too common in our society today. She can relate in some way to everyone she meets, and is open to share what she has learned through her many life challenges. Theresa’s message is simple watch your attitude as you walk through difficult moments in your life. Your attitude really can impact your altitude.
.....She has served various faith-based organizations, hospitals, social services and agencies, through facilitation, keynote presentations, workshops, training, consulting, conferences, women retreats, and other special events. Theresa has facilitated workshops on life skills; self-esteem; cultural diversity; conflict resolution; chemical dependency/alcohol tobacco and gender specific issues.
She is an ordained minister, author, counselor and senior adjunct professor at Burlington County College. Theresa has over twenty-five years of professional experience dealing with the social ills of our society; mental health, addiction, criminal justice and domestic violence

Theresa has a strong desire to bring women together where topics and relevant issues are discussed and knowledge is shared to address needs that are of importance to them such as health/wellness, economic advancement of women, women in business, advancement in education, violence, and justice.
